Snack: Cheesy Crackers, Apples, Milk

 

Tuesday

Breakfast Snack: Plain Bagels, Cream Cheese, Apples, Milk

Lunch: Baked Ham (Vegetarian:  Cheese Sandwich), Whole Grain Rolls, Peas & Carrots, Mandarin Oranges, Milk

Snack:  String Cheese, Whole Grain Saltines, Grapes, Milk

 

Wednesday

Breakfast Snack:  Cheesy Scrambled Eggs, Whole Grain Toast, Orange Marmalade, Bananas, Milk

Lunch: Fish Sandwich (Vegetarian: Soy Burger), Cottage Cheese, Carrots, Apple Sauce, Milk

Snack: Homemade Whole Grain Banana Date Bread, Oranges, Milk

 

Thursday

Breakfast Snack: Whole Grain Corn Flakes, Apples, Milk

Lunch: Homemade Beef-Barley Soup (Vegetarian: Veggie Soup), Cheese Cubes, Oyster Crackers, Peaches, Milk

Snack:  Homemade Hummus, Pita Chips, Milk

 

Friday

Breakfast Snack:  Whole Grain English Muffins, Peach Jam, Oranges, Milk

Lunch: Homemade Goulash (Vegetarian:  Veggie Goulash), Green Beans, French Breadsticks, Tropical Fruit, Milk

Snack: Cinnamon Graham Fishies, Grapes, Milk
